"I am fascinated by the idealized image like perfect constructions of nature and its representations - the purified beautiful images behind which nature is hidden.

Glasshouses re-create nature that does not exist anywhere and that is kept in a static condition and presented as a historical artefact in order to preserve the ideology of ‘ideal nature’. We’re creating artificial environments of visual character, that are catalogue-image-like perfect, where nature is the finished product to look at.

The idea of nature is largely constructed through its visual representations. Nature images that serves as a model for nature. I am adding to this ironic cycle with another idealized image taken from idealized nature based on idealized images."
