Is it possible to see the artwork in person?

Yes, we can arrange a meeting with our artists or designers in their studio for you. If you are interested, please contact us on and we will do our best to make it happen.

How can I be sure that presented artworks are authentic?

We co-operate with artists and designers directly (all products are dispatched to you straight from their studios), plus all artworks and design products are chosen by our curators personally. All artworks are signed by artist. Also, if you wish to see it personally, we can arrange a visit of artist or designer in his/her studio. Please contact us on and we will do our best.

How is the price of art determined?

The price of an artwork is a matter of agreement with an author who has the final word when determining it. The price always takes into account a number of criteria, for example, size of the artwork, used technique or the quality of used materials. We evaluate uniqueness and exhibition history of a particular artwork. Important is also the exhibition CV of the author and his education. Price determination is also influenced by authors representation in public or private collections. In short, the higher the quality of the author stands, the higher the market sets prices of his works.

Is it possible to purchase artworks somewhere else?

It is not possible to buy artworks that are sold via online gallery Origoo anywhere else, they are sold exclusively on our website. This condition applies only to original artworks. Design products are usually made in more than one piece and are often sold in various places including e-shops.


When will my order arrive?

Your order will arrive within 14 days for EU adresses and 21 days for the rest of the world after the payment is transferred to our account. In case of a custom-made piece, your order will arrive as stated in the product description. Please note that we can't affect any delivery delays caused by customs formalities.

What should I do if the package arrives damaged?

In the event of a visible damage to the goods upon its delivery, the customer is required to report such condition and the extension of the damage immediately to the courier who is delivering the shipment and describe it in the “delivery note” or “record of damage” that the courier has available. Is it possible to combine postage when purchasing more art works?

We are sorry, but combining postage is not possible, because every art or design piece is stored in studios of authors in different places. They are also dispatched straight from studios to you, so courier has to pick them up individually. Therefore delivery fee is counted extra for each art or design product. For artworks over 2000 Kč is delivery free within Czech Republic.

What should I do when I want to return my order?

If you're not satisfied with your new art or design purchase, you can send it back within 14 days after delivery. In this case please follow our Terms and Conditions.

What is included in the price of delivery?

Delivery fee includes packing, dispatching and delivery of your order from artist/designer's studio to your address. Delivery fee is for free for artworks worth over 2000 Kč of an artwork is free within Czech Republic. For delivery to other countries please check our delivery terms. Insurance of all packages is included.

Can I change time of delivery?

Is it possible to cancel my order?

If you placed and order by mistake, you can cancel it as soon as possible, but only if it hasn't been dispatched yet. If the order or it's part has been dispatched already, you have to follow terms for delivery return.
